At Rokit, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Damaged in Transit

If your product is damaged in transit, we will replace it for you at no charge. To Do this you must have an RA number. This is a return authorisation number so that we can track the process and ensure your return process goes smoothly.

To request an RA number please call us on 0800 437 037  or send us an email.

We will advise you where to return the damaged product to and discuss shipping options. Generally, the return shipping is your responsibility, however if the problem is clearly caused by our courier provider than we will email you a courier ticket to get the product back to us.

Image Quality- Your image

While all our printing equipment,  ink and paper have been selected to provide museum quality prints, the print will only be as high-quality as the image you provide. With that said, we do provide a moneyback guarantee, see details here.
