We want you to feel totally at ease using Rokit to create your own professional quality prints and wall art.

We are commited to great design, products, and value and making you wall art to be proud of. We check your images to ensure the quality will make a great print. We also email you a final proof of your image cropped to size to ensure you are happy with the way it looks before we print.

In the unlikely event your art is damaged or you are not satisfied with the quality, please contact us as soon as possible on [email protected] or call 0800 437 037.

Return sending is at the cost of the customer, however we will arrange for a refund or replacement if you are not satisfied.

At no stage will your money be kept by us unless you are totally satisfied!

Here are our guarantees to you:
If you upload and order, but the image quality is poor. 

We will contact you via email if your image is not of a high enough resolution to print. If this happens, we will fully refund your money after discussing the image with you. There are many things we can do to improve your image quality. You can also select an alternative image if you like, but if our best efforts fail you will get your money back.

If you receive your items but are not happy with the results.

In this case you will get a refund but need to pay the freight back to us (Usually about $10). Our print facility produces dozens of fine art images every day and we get some great feedback.
